What’s your #1 comfort food?
I feel happy just eating XD Probably... chocolate XD or something sweet. Mah, everything easy to pick from the fridge is good too.
If you were on a deserted island, what one food would you want to have with you?

What is/are your signature dishes? (What dishes are you ‘known’ for?)

Probably pasta and rice: are both good with everything.

Pizza. Absolutely XD And since I'm from North Italy, polenta with everything XD mushrooms, or meat, sliced salami, baccalà (a fish)...
If your partner could take you to any restaurant you wanted, which one would it be?
If I have to be honest, I'd like to be invited to his house and eat his handmade dinner ♥ But I'm aware it's difficult to find a man that actually would do this XD And exactly for this reason it would be so romantic~
Well, being more realistic... Uhm... I like fish, and this kind of restaurant are pretty elegant, so it would be nice for a date too. But they're expensive XD
Are you a soup or salad person?
I prefer more consistent meals XD But I like cream soups (asparagus cream soup, maybe with croutons **)
Buffet, take-out or sit-down restaurant?
Sit-down restaurant are intimate and ideal for dates or meeting with friends, 'cause you can enjoy your dinner speaking in a warm environment... I like them :D But take-out are useful when you live alone or are in a hurry XD
What’s the most impressive dinner you’ve ever made?
I cooked for the first time an entire dinner for 6 guests + me. I'm used to cook just for myself, or for 2 people max, so I was unquiet @_@
Do you consider yourself a good cook?
I cook only for myself, so I can't say I'm a good cook. But I'm decent.

Who’s your favourite TV cook?
I don't know. I've learn from my grandmother/mom, books and personal experience most of my recipes. And sometimes from my flatmate - she's a great cook.

I LOVE tiramisu. <33 the best I have ever eaten was in Italy. HAHA. I think that's a given. but my grandmum is pretty good at making it, too! nomnom <3

Polenta is that yellow/orange-ish thing, right. made from fluor and eggs or what not, we eat it here, too. that's because we're pretty close to north italy! (around 2 hours only~)
I love Pizza too! Aww. haha. I noticed I am pretty much fond of Italian food. but.. idk why. maybe because we live so close to italy? :x

I felt so "italian" writing pizza as favourite dish... but pizza is simple HEAVEN for me XD It's impossible to not love pizza~
Yeah, polenta is made from maizeflour (here we don't use eggs but outside Italy I don't know~).
Ahah probably yes, it's because we live so close! Well, it's a good thing: we could go out for dinner and we eat the same things :D
