kat_tun5 scanlation of DUET 2011.01 issue that was released yesterday had a bonus that I didn't post here in my journal the last time. That is, NTT crosstalk about "Girls" ^_^

“Girls” is included in “Change Ur World” , now on sale. What's the real face of NTT, the ones who sing that high song? They immediately opened a talk battle!
(NTT crosstalk)
---First of all, please tell us the reason why the trio NTT was formed.
J: I understand. A discussion about vaccine.
Ko: That is “serum”, it's different! [TrN: Junno's terrible pun XD “kessei” can be written 結成 and 血清; the first one means “to form” and it's the one used by the interviewer, the second one means “blood serum”.]
N: You're incredible, Koki! I didn't understand the meaning at all!
Ko: Because I'm prepared by Taguchi's sloppy statements on radio (laughs). Then, NTT? This was something like: Taguchi called us saying “Let's do this” and we gathered.
N: As a premise, it was announced that Taguchi's solo song would be included in the single; then our participation in the song took some shape. So the leadership is all Taguchi's.
J: As a result, it's like I've completed and arranged their forte, rap and beatbox, right?
Ko-N: You're fast at taking all the credit! (laughs)
---Actually, there are reciprocal talents that you've freshly discovered after that now you've tried to produce a song together?
J: I attended all the recordings and received lots of indications, but at the end Nakamaru-kun's explosive beatboxing ability is incredible. At the demo stage, I tried to put a sample of the beatbox, and it completed [the song] estremely well. I asked Nakamaru-kun: “I would like you to do it exacly as it is”. Then, he really did it as it was... no, or rather, his one fit even better, it was a perfect beatbox!!
N: By the way, I was surprised by that Taguchi who acted as an affected director! (laughs) Yes, I went to the studio and there was Koki recording, and Taguchi totally had this aura like “I'm a director everyday”. (laughs) Well, regarding my part, it was simple because Taguchi had done the beatboxing sample for me.
J: Koki was creating all the raps for the single “CHANGE UR WORLD” and the coupling songs, but to be blunt, I think that the rap of this song is the best.
Ko: Ah, really?! (laughs) Actually, I maybe enjoyed creating this song the most. Because it was the first time I wrote a rap for a tune like “GIRLS”. Since KAT-TUN songs are sung all together, I must take in great consideration the outlook the group has of the world too. But isn't it good that I did this one freely? I enjoyed that part of the work.
J: ♪ Odoru ahou, miru ahou~ [A dancing fool, a looking fool...] That part of the lyrics is really strong. I didn't think that, that kind of lyrics would have been put in the text. I thought “they are original, there aren't people that can write such lyrics among the other artists”.
Ko: I decided to do a happy rap and I wrote that. I think that it would be good if all the fans at lives will say “AHOOO!” [fool].
N: That's amusing, right? Shouting “aho” (laughs).
J: There are many duets too, so it would be good if we could all together sing [with the fans] at the lives and enjoy it.
-----From now on, NTT wants to try activities, what to you are planning to do?
N: Since we're less people than KAT-TUN, it seems we can do many things.
Ko: Because in things like choreographies, being 5 or 3 really changes. Yeah, we've thought out by ourselves this time's choreography too.
J: I was in charge of the song, Koki had the choreography, and Nakamaru-kun was the outfits.
N: The outfits are already perfect! I've a good idea for stage illumination too. By the way, the outfits' colors are white and silver. The impression is NASA-like. Only the colors unite and then the design separates, something like that.
J: Are you revealing already everything? (laughs)
Ko: There's a feeling of a near future, right? But doing it this way, we're doing everything by ourselves from 1 to 10, and since we can do it very freely, it's fun.
N: But, we're working and enjoying it as 3 people... but aren't we entwining our work and our private life too much, recently?
J: We 3 went together to Tackey & Tsubasa's concert too.
Ko: On top of that, since Tackey said “show it, show it!”, he let us dance on the stage.
N: Since we danced as backdancers, we remembered even the choreography! ...this means we're really mixing them too much! (laughs)
J: Survival games, table games... we've got lots of common interests.
N: But let's go to play survival games again very soon!
Ko: Ah, I want to go fishing too.
J: They're all things to do in our free time! As NTT, let's simply compose songs!
---This means that NTT's producer is Taguchi-san?
J: No, “GIRLS” is presented by me, but for example, the next song “BOYS” may be presented by Koki. Isn't good to change it song by song?
Ko: After girls and boys, the third song presented by Nakamaru is “New Half”?! [TrN: Japanese term for transgender.]
N: Stop that! (laughs)
J: But... is there really a second song?
Ko: Of course nothing is decided yet. We aren't a unit that worries so much about the future. (laughs) Everything is undecided.
N: The clothes are already finished too, but... According to the circumstances, there's the possibility that we will become a phantom unit, maybe~ (laughs)
