I don't know, I think he rarely talked about grandparents and here he doesn't give more information. But it's totally hearwarming, and how he talks about her shows all the love he feels for her, it's so... warm. And beautiful. I totally agree, he may have been cool, but now he's not only cool, he's a well-refined, charmed man.
